Terry is the one person in the company whose background is not from the Financial Services Market - Terry spent most of his career in the Information Technology Sales and Marketing Management field where his last post was as Regional Manager EMEA for IBM Corepoint the Customer Relationship Management Solutions arm of IBM.

Terry brings solid sales and marketing management experience to the company, in particular unique skills covering online marketing coupled with a great understanding of what it takes to provide an exceptional customer service experience.

With so many years spent in IT Terry also provides the technical skills and expertise to ensure we make the right decisions with not only our Internet presence but also our internal information systems an essential part of our customer services philosophy.
