All I can say is you need to hold onto these two (Jodi and Karen)! I would love them to come and work for me, as I think they would smash it. The level of customer care I received from both girls was in truth the best I have received from any company I have had the pleasure of working with. As my mortgage was not the most straight fwd one to say the least, the girls bent over backwards to accommodate my needs, coming both to meet me and my Mrs outside of normal working hours just so we could get the ball rolling.
