Pip had previously worked within the mortgage industry and as a founder member of the company has worked alongside Darren from day one. Focusing & specialising on the mortgage administration department, Pip has achieved superb results & numerous nominations for customer service based awards.

Pip has built and implemented all our administration procedures and with her understanding of the customers need for a stress free transaction, demands very high standards from her dedicated team. She has developed a process, which takes lender specific case ownership and an administrative team that will only accept & deliver an first class customer service experience for our clients.
