Continuous ongoing training is provided to our network of fully qualified mortgage advisers to ensure the highest standards of integrity and professional advice are provided. The rigorous external training includes keeping an annual professional development record for each and every adviser to ensure that quality time is spent with mortgage lenders to ensure total familiarity with their products, their criteria and their niches. It is our intention that each adviser we work with will cover a minimum of 100 hours on personal training per year to ensure that our clients are speaking to knowledgeable professionals who are focused on delivering a first class service.
Our in-house administration team are trained to be specialists in specific groups of lenders ensuring that they are thoroughly competent on all aspects of those lender criteria and that they build strong relationships with their counterparts in the lenders within their group. Understanding the lenders unique criteria and having strong working relationships ensure that any problems that occur are dealt with swiftly and efficiently. The Mortgage brokers we deal with all have access to this wealth of knowledge.
