    All I can say is you need to hold onto these two (Jodi and Karen)! I would love them to come and work for me, as I think they would smash it. The level of customer care I received from both girls was in truth the best I have received from any company I have had the pleasure of working with. As my mortgage was not the most straight fwd one to say the least, the girls bent over backwards to accommodate my needs, coming both to meet me and my Mrs outside of normal working hours just so we could get the ball rolling.     Can I just say I have been impressed by the service offered by your company. When choosing the mortgage I found the guys there very helpful. I was always able to speak to the same chap and he was very patient and diligent in looking to get the best deal for us. And since we went to a few other brokers as well, it seems you have access to better deals than some! And since applying for the mortgage things have remained good. I appreciate your regular updates, the precision, brevity and frequency. You tell me what you need from me, you tell me when you receive things, when you send things and give an indication of what happens next, and you do it all promptly. This really inspires confidence in the whole process. You also seem human, which I assume you are ;-) And the service you offer is much better than I feel I am receiving from my solicitors.
