Formed in St. Neots, Cambridgeshire 2001 The Mortgage Broker (Formerly Richmond House Mortgages & Loans) is one of the fastest growing mortgage brokers in the uk. The company name changed to The Mortgage Broker Ltd in June 2005 to reflect the rapidly expanding business precisely and to portray the companies true presence as a national mortgage provider.

The Mortgage Broker provides specialist expertise in Self Certification, Buy to Let, offset/Flexible and Adverse mortgage finance through it's highly trained expert advisers within it's two UK customer contact centres based in St Neots and Northampton and via it's growing number of educational content oriented niche mortgage websites. The standard residential mortgage business of the company is handled through direct contact with the general public and a large network of mortgage introducers located throughout the uk.
