Having the ‘Best customer service in the UK’ is a bold claim but I will stand by it until someone proves me wrong. At The Mortgage Broker we pride ourselves on fantastic customer service and our trophy cabinet backs up these claims. A lot of companies will always quote that they offer great customer service as one of their USP’s but not many of them can back them up with facts, figures, awards and testimonials.

Personally, the amount of complaints that a company receives is a reasonable indication of the level of professionalism and dedication its staff offer – To date we have only received one complaint in over 7 years of trading which is unheard of in the Financial Services Industry and in this particular incident we were wrong and held our hands up to the error.
